- Before cleaning, we provide a folder containing all Marigolds Services contact information, staff working at your site, COSHH data sheets, RAMS and signed non-disclosure forms where required.
- JIT (Just In Time) Cleaning following any unexpected planning changes in addition to working with your site need
Builders Cleans:
- Cleaning required before painting and other decorative finishes to support speed and quality of finish.
- Removal of waste from the site before flooring etc. is laid.
- Cleaning of excess plaster from walls, floors, windows, inside window frames
- Removal of excessive expanding foam from flooring etc.
- Builders clean with attention to detail of stickers etc that remain attached to sanitaryware, shower glass etc.
- Anything else you may need? Sometimes accidents occur which require restoration of soft flooring such as carpets. Let us know if you need a professional carpet clean in addition to a sparkle clean.
Sparkle Cleans:
- We work to your specifications and deliver the same finesse and finish that you and the new homeowners deserve and need.
