Our communal cleaning teams appreciate the detailed level of cleaning required with every clean and the need to work efficiently to ensure timely turnarounds. Between the summer student cleaning, our teams are available to look after your communal areas all year round. We clean the communal areas in individual student HMOs such as kitchens and bathrooms and communal areas in large apartment blocks including lifts and stairs and external waste bins or washing areas.
In addition to cleaning, we offer regular updates on your property as a standard service and (for an extra charge) test fire alarms and complete the relevant paperwork on your behalf.
